I was wondering, If you're trying to farm gold where are the hotspots? What should you be farming? I haven't had any luck so im wondering if anyone can give me some help.

My suggestion would be soloing(no henchmen) the highest area in the game that your character can do fairly easily, and selling the drops. Similarly, you could run high-level areas in groups or with henchmen and sell the drops you get from those areas- they'll tend to sell more which makes up for the fewer drops that you actually get.
